Using Tracsio

By using Tracsio, you agree to these terms. Tracsio is a software-as-a-service platform for B2B SaaS founders. You may use the platform for your legitimate business purposes.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account security and for all activity under your account. Use a strong password. Don't share your credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

Tracsio is offered as a weekly ($7/week) or monthly ($20/month) subscription. Your trial gives you 3 days of free access before billing starts.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. There are no refunds for partial billing periods.

Your content

You own the product information, hypotheses, and experiment data you create in Tracsio. We don't claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tracsio for illegal purposes, to harass or harm others, or to circumvent the platform's intended use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.

Limitation of liability

Tracsio provides a decision framework and information tool. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on the system's output. Use your own judgment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
